I bought a battery-operated automatic feeder almost five years ago. It was in use for a while and then sat unused in the shed for nearly a year. We wanted to reactivate it this weekend and spruced it up. Due to a silly programming error, the control unit suddenly died completely. Nothing worked anymore. On July 15, 2024, I called Mr. Schmidt and explained the problem. On July 16, 2024, I received the program by email, on July 17, 2024, the video tutorial via WhatsApp, and today, July 18, 2024, the feeder is working again. We're happy, and the mare is even happier. That's customer service—helping at such a speed is simply unbeatable. Therefore, definitely 5 stars!

I'm very satisfied with this shop and the customer service. Responses are prompt, even outside of business hours. Questions are answered, even if you've purchased the product used. Delivery times are always excellent. And: I think the Horsefeed boxes are simply the best quality (I also have one from another manufacturer). The difference is night and day.

Hello, I've had my hay nets (3cm) for many years and they still don't have any holes. Highly recommended. My next purchase will be a hay cloth for our timer-controlled hay feeder... I'm curious to see if it holds up as well. Thank you for the great product.
